We first met at a small gathering of knowledge in a campus prayer room, surrounded by peaceful verses of the Qur’an. I saw her quietly sitting in the front row, listening with calm eyes and a gentle smile. We didn’t exchange a single word, but in my heart I prayed—may Allah allow our paths to meet again in the right way and the right time.
Engagement
After many istikharah prayers, I finally gathered the courage to take a sincere step forward. I asked my parents to visit her family, carrying nothing but pure intention and hope. Alhamdulillah, Allah made everything easier, and that day felt like a quiet reassurance that this journey was meant to be.
Marriage
On our wedding day, when the words of ijab kabul were spoken, my heart was filled with gratitude. In that moment, she became my lawful wife, witnessed by Allah and everyone who prayed for us. With love and patience, we begin this new chapter together, hoping our marriage will always remain under His blessings.
